I'm Happy to be Starting a New Job Next Week. Cool, Right? But… What About Lost?

Who will I talk to about it? Will I be stopping strangers in the street?

Currently, we have in-depth discussions all season (and often in between seasons) at lunch. Up until now, if I ever wanted to talk about Lost I’ve had a willing audience gathering every day at noon. We went through the geekiest stuff possible.

Next week? I’ll be on my 3rd day at the new gig the day after the season premiere.

Maybe I’ll wear a Dharma button on my lapel or something.

Or I could put that numbers screen saver on my machine?

Should I just stand in the middle of the place and scream “does anyone want to talk about Lost?” That would set me apart.

*sigh*

Maybe I’ll just talk about it to my wife, who doesn’t watch the show. She’ll love that.

One thing we’re going to try is using Google Wave to chat/share things about the show. The “we” in that being our current lunch crew. I’ve never really had an excuse to try out Wave. What better use than talking about a TV show. That’s productivity for you!

Anyway, I was re-watching the season 5 finale last night and knocked out this little sketch in honor of “Blondie.” It’s actually a fun name to write, which is the real reason I put pen to paper and am sharing it with you.
