The 2008 Tour of Spain will likely be fought out amongst climbers with a route featuring eight mountain stages and a 16 kilometre uphill time trial on the penultimate day.

I love uphill time trials. Here’s hoping Contador decides to take the start line next year so we have a full accompaniment of Spanish climbers going for glory- straight up hill. 🙂
