They made a movie out of Flatland and Martin Sheen is in it 🙂
I love that book and the movie looks pretty cool as well. It’s especially interesting when faced with ideas like an extra time dimension. When thinking about things like that or the multiple Planck scale dimensions of string theory you can really stat to commiserate with the residents of flatland.
