No Butterball for me this year. This year it’s about the Organic, Free-Range, D’artagnan. It’s in a brine right now- as per Alton Brown’s specifications. I’m already drooling 🙂
Next year I’m thinking about getting a Heritage Turkey. That’s food nerd nirvana for turkeys. Since I’m a food nerd, that’s something that just might have to happen (although they cost as much as decent steak per pound.)
One of these years I’m going to get all insane and buy a Turducken– and then deep fry it =-o
