The Mission: This was, in a weird way, a disappointing Milkyway film. It’s really good, but I expected more oomph out of a film with this cast (Francis NG, Anthony Wong, Roy Cheung, Simon Yam), director (Johnny To) and production company (Milkyway.) It’s just too straightforward or something… Maybe I need to watch it again.
