8 Women: An absolutely insane film. Part family drama, part musical, part murder mystery, with a tossed-in Sapphist sub-plot I wouldn’t be surprised if Wong Jing was somehow controlling events from afar during the production of this film. It’s enjoyable as all hell by the way. Just very strange.
