The Lady from Shanghai. Great stuff. Part good movie. Part high comedy. The “good movie” part is all Welles. not surprisingly, the high comedy part is also all Welles. I could watch him in character with his goofy Irish accent for days and I’d be laughing the whole time. He could be reading a menu and it would crack me up. Combine that with a heapin’ helpin’ of Rita Hayworth and this one is a winnah!
